This simple Chocolate is a much healthier alternative. Make it sweeter by adding more maple syrup or add Vanilla extract to soften the bitterness.
CHOCOLATE(Makes 100 grams)INGREDIENTS1/4 cup Coconut Oil1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa1 tablespoon Maple SyrupINSTRUCTIONSOver a very low heat, melt Coconut oil in a saucepan.Add maple syrup and stirAdd Cocoa and whisk to combine.Allow to thicken slightly, but DO NOT boil or over heat (as this causes the coconut oil to seperate).Place in lined dish and freeze until set.Store in freezer.
